The upcoming Community Meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday – September 15, 2015 at 7:00pm has been postponed due to ensure that the requirement of having the agenda posted for 15 days has been met.
A new date to discuss the latest plans, cost estimates and plans for the sale of the excess land will be selected shortly.
The Town of Verona is accepting offers on approx 37 acres of land for sale located at 7685 CTH PD Verona, WI. Approximately 26.5 acres of RH4 land with an existing access to CTH PD and approximately 10.5 acres of A2 land that will have to be accessed from Country View Rd. The Town intends to remove all structures from the site before the land sale. The Town’s design for the new Town Hall and Maintenance Garage on approximately 6 acres, sits where some of existing buildings are. The Town may apply restrictions and covenants. Lot splits would be subject to the City of Verona approval.

Proposals will be shared with the Town Board in a closed session meeting in September or October. The Town reserves the right to refuse any and all offers.
To get the new Town Hall and Maintenance Garage site ready for construction, the Town will take offers on existing buildings and a few items located at 7685 CTH PD.
