The Town portion of Woods Road, which is in very rough shape, is scheduled to be closed to all traffic on June 5th , 6th , and 7th for reconstruction. At the same time maintenance will begin on several Town roads including: White Crossing Road, Spring Rose Road, Marshview Road, Sugar River Road, Valley Road, Manhattan Road, Fritz Road, Jaggi Drive, Cross Country Road, and Fitchrona Road. This work will mostly be wedging and patching, and one lane will be left open.

I am very excited to have brought the Market back to Verona!
We just finished our first Winter season and this will be our third Summer.
The Hometown Junction Park has been beautifully remodeled and is a great location to showcase fresh foods and local arts.
My hope and goal is to create a stronger community and provide a platform to showcase local artists and producers through the Verona Artists & Farmers Market.
People from Verona and surrounding communities can share their passions through quality arts/crafts and foods.
This Artists & Farmers Market is a family friendly destination every Tuesday afternoon (3-6:30pm) from May 21st through October 15th, 2019.
Walk, bike, or drive to Hometown Junction, which is on the Military Ridge State Trail, to shop, eat, gather, visit, have fun, and learn.

The Dane County Housing Supply Gap: Town Tools for Expanding Housing Options
At this meeting you will learn about recent housing trends and the Dane County housing supply gap. An overview of the tools interested towns can use, including opportunities for town hamlets and Accessory Dwelling Units (attached and detached ADUs) in the new zoning code.
Presenters will discuss the impact of the housing shortage, review different housing types and styles, discuss financing and zoning. Bring your questions!

Presentation will be held at the Town Hall Community Room located at 7669 County Highway PD.
The night time closures will last from 7pm through 6am. Northbound CTH M traffic will be shifted to the newly constructed northbound lanes and will remain open throughout the nightly southbound lane closures.
A signed detour will be in place for southbound CTH M traffic starting at CTH PD, see attached detour plan.
Message boards were placed on Monday, May 6, 2019, on CTH M and CTH PD to provide notice of the anticipated southbound CTH M nightly closure and northbound CTH M traffic pattern change.
Additional updates will be provided if the schedule happens to change due to weather.
