Established in 1847, the Town of Verona is a local unit of government within the County of Dane in the southern part of the state of Wisconsin. The Town is on the southwestern edge of Madison — Wisconsin's State Capital. The town of Verona has an estimated 2018 population of 1,982 and is part of the Verona Area School District.

Listening Session Scheduled for Saturday, July 20th

Coffee with the Town Chair

 This Saturday, July 20th, Mark Geller, the Chair of the Town of Verona Board of Supervisors, invites you to the Town Hall for an open conversation about any Town issues that may be on your mind. Mark also serves on the Board of the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission and can address questions about regional growth. Mark will be joined by First Supervisor, Tom Mathies, who resides in the north side of the Township. Tom is a member of the Plan Commission and the Finance Committee, and is Chair of the Ordinance Committee.  Future meetings will involve other Supervisors who are involved with other efforts. Mark and Tom will be available from 10 a.m. to Noon at 7669 County Highway PD and welcome any questions or concerns.

Town of Verona Office Closed July 4, 2019

Our offices will be closed on July 4, 2019 in observance of Independence Day.  Regular office hours will be observed on Friday, July 5, 2019.
