Established in 1847, the Town of Verona is a local unit of government within the County of Dane in the southern part of the state of Wisconsin. The Town is on the southwestern edge of Madison — Wisconsin's State Capital. The town of Verona has an estimated 2017 population of 1,981 and is part of the Verona Area School District.

Saddle up for the Annual Town Meeting and Committee Appreciation Event on  Tuesday April 19, 2016 @ 7PM at 335 N. Nine Mound Rd  Verona, Wi.  Join us to discuss the latest Town Hall and Maintenance cost estimates and sale of the excess land.  The sale of the land is expected to offset the cost of construction and a motion will be sought to authorize that expenditure.  (EARLY ARRIVAL SUGGESTED FOR IMMEDIATE SEATING.)
