POLLING PLACE |

The polling place for
residents of the Town
is the Town
Hall, 335 N. Nine Mound
Road, Verona .WI.
Polls are open from 7:00
a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on
election day. To conform
with (HAVA) Help
Americans Vote
Act, additional
information is required
of "first time voters"
when processing
a registration
application on election
day. |

VOTER REGISTRATION |
|
The Town of Verona
requires voter
registration. New
residents may register
at the town office on
Election Day.
Verification of
residency will be
required. To register
by mail download the
voter registration
application form from
the link below, complete
in full and submit
along with a copy
of acceptable
identification as noted
in the general
instructions form EB 131
to: Town of Verona c/o
Office of the Clerk, 335
N. Nine Mound Rd. Verona
WI. 53593-1035.
Persons registering
for vote must provide
one form of the
following
identification:
- A current
and valid
Wisconsin driver’s
license or Wisconsin
identification card.
- Any other official
identification card or
license issued by a
Wisconsin governmental
body or unit
- An identification
card issued by an
employer in the normal
course of business,
which has a photograph
of the cardholder, but
not a business card.
- A real estate tax
bill or receipt for
the current year or
the year preceding the
date of the election.
- A residential
lease, except
for first-time voters
registering by mail.
- A university,
college, or technical
college fee or ID card
with a photograph of
the cardholder. ***
- A utility bill for
the period commencing
not earlier than 90
days before the
election.
- A bank
statement. A
paycheck. A check
or other document
issued by a unit of
government.

| The state of Wisconsin
provides for the
opportunity to vote a
ballot by 'absentee' or
'early voting'. A
"registered"
voter (see above to
register or
contact the town
office if unsure) should
submit a written request
to obtain a ballot from
the Office of the Clerk,
Town of Verona - 335 N.
Nine Mound Rd. Verona WI
53593. The ballot and
voting instructions will
be mailed to the
applicant at the address
listed on the
application form.
Ballots are available
for early voting
approximately thirty
(30) days prior to every
election. The following
