July 18, 2018 @ 6:30pm Town invites property owners to Comprehensive Plan Presentation

The Town recently hired a consultant, Vierbicher and Associates, to help with analysis of the land supply and future land use map (the future land use map is a key feature of the comprehensive plan we are about to complete).

This meeting will be open to the public, but the purpose is for Town Board, Plan Commission and Committees to ask questions of the consultants to prepare for the ultimate adoption of the comprehensive plan (there will be other chances for public input before it’s adopted).

No formal action will be taken at this meeting. The next steps will be for the Plan Commission to adopt a draft of the full comprehensive plan and then put it out for public review.

Watch for more details on that when the Plan Commission agenda for July 26th is finalized.
