are advised that the City of Madison in partnership with the City of Verona and Dane County, will hold a public hearing to consider the detailed design and environmental aspects of the proposed improvement of County Highway M.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016, in the City of Madison Municipal Building at 215 Martin Luther King Jr. Bldg, Room 300 Madison, WI 53703. The public hearing will be conducted from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Interested persons may attend anytime between 6pm to 8pm to review displays and other hearing materials, ask questions and provide testimony.
City of Madison, City of Verona and Dane County project staff will be available for informal discussion to explain the proposed improvements and answer questions. Exhibits of the proposal will be on display and a statement about the proposed improvement will be available for review.
Land acquistition and schedules for construction will be discussed at the public hearing.
The Environmental Assessment is available at the Verona Town Hall for inspection and copying.

Comments regarding the environmental impacts and effects of the proposed improvements will be addressed in the final environmental document if postmarked / received no later than October 25, 2016.
