WHEREAS, Town of Verona Comprehensive Building Code Ordinance # 00- 8, section IX (1) requires the Town of Verona Town Board to establish fees for all permits issued by the Town of Verona Building Inspection Department; and

WHEREAS, the Town Board has determined the Town Building inspection program should be self funding; and

BE IT RESOLVED THAT, the attached Building Permit Fee Schedule is hereby adopted and to be effective October 1, 2003.
