Established in 1847, the Town of Verona is a local unit of government within the County of Dane in the southern part of the state of Wisconsin. The Town is on the southwestern edge of Madison — Wisconsin's State Capital. The town of Verona has an estimated 2017 population of 1,981 and is part of the Verona Area School District.

The 2017 Assessment Roll has been prepared by Nick Laird

of Associated Appraisal and is available for inspection. It is also posted to the website at

The Roll is arranged in the order of the parcel number.

 

2017 is a maintenance year – Notices of Assessment mailed today will only go to those properties with:
New construction,Demolition permits, change of Land Value (most due to the change in Use Value rates for farmland), enrollment or discontinuation of property in Managed Forest Law, change in classification, or corrections due to an error from the previous year or years.
