Established in 1847, the Town of Verona is a local unit of government within the County of Dane in the southern part of the state of Wisconsin. The Town is on the southwestern edge of Madison — Wisconsin's State Capital. The town of Verona has an estimated 2018 population of 1,982 and is part of the Verona Area School District.

The official number of Town Citizens that voted November 6, 2018 was 1226 and the final registration count including the election day registrants was 1448 registered voters. = 84.67% VOTER TURNOUT ……for the Town of Verona…..awesome turnout.
