Established in 1847, the Town of Verona is a local unit of government within the County of Dane in the southern part of the state of Wisconsin. The Town is on the southwestern edge of Madison — Wisconsin's State Capital. The town of Verona has an estimated 2017 population of 1,981 and is part of the Verona Area School District.

Town Selling Ford 550

The Town of Verona is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of a 2008 Ford 550 with 9ft Western plow and Swenson spreader.  Axel weigh is 17,000 lbs. and the truck has approximately 43,000 miles.

The minimum bid considered will be $28,000. Bids will be opened at 1 PM on Friday, May 30th. Send bids to Attn: Truck Bid, 335 N. Nine Mound Rd., Verona WI, 53593. Town
