Land Division and Development Ordinance

The purpose of this ordinance is to regulate and control the division of land within the boundaries of the Town in order to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of the Town.

The Ordinance is based on the Town’s Subdivision and Development Ordinance No. 05-04/06-01 last amended on August 1, 2006.
