Road Construction Updates
- County Highway PD – A Two-Week Road Impact Look Ahead map may be found here. Information on the Blasting zone is available here.
- WisDOT Project - US 18/151, Mount Horeb to Madison -- Please be aware that road work on US 18/151 between Mount Horeb and Madison will begin on Monday, April 10. Starting Monday, the outside lane of both EB and WB US 18/151 will be closed between Town Hall Road and the Sugar River, just west of the West Verona Avenue interchange. Access to all residents and businesses will be maintained. Long term lane closures will continue for this portion of the project through July. Long term lane closures for the eastern portion of the project from the Sugar River to Fitchrona Road are tentatively scheduled to begin in late June.
Prescription Drug Take-Back Day
The Verona Police Department and Wisconsin Department of Justice, in conjunction with the Drug Enforcement Administration, will host a Prescription Drug Take-Back Event at the Verona Police Department, 111 Lincoln Street, on Saturday, April 22, from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. More information is available here.
