Overview
The Town of Verona typically operates on an annual budget of approximately $1.8 million.
Each year the Town holds a Town meeting and budget hearing in November and the Town Board approvese the next year’s budget at its December meeting. The Town has a small utility district with a separate budget.
In the early spring of each year, an audit of the previous year is conducted and the findings are presented at the annual town meeting held in April.
