Road Construction
The second phase of construction on the following roads will be begin Wednesday July 27th, weather dependent. After the initial chip seal is applied, the contractor will return 7-10 days later to sweep for loose or excess granite chips. Early Voting will be available at Town Hall on the following dates: Tuesday July 26th through Friday August 5th from 8 am to 2 pm.
The clerk will be available for extended hours on Tuesday, August 2nd and Friday, August 5th until 5pm.
The deadline to request a ballot to be mailed to you is Thursday August 4, 2022. Ballots cannot be returned to the drop box at town hall. Voters must return the ballot via mail (postage included) or personally deliver it to town hall during business hours or to the polls on Election Day. Only the voter can return their ballot, not a spouse, friend, neighbor, etc. Reminders of this change are included with the absentee ballots that are mailed, as well as posted on the dropbox at Town Hall.
Senior Center Outreach Event
Staff from the City of Verona Senior Center will be at Town Hall on July 26th from 1:00 to 2:00pm. More information can be found here.
