Town of Verona Weekly Update June 3 2022

The Town of Verona Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 7669 County Highway PD, for the following planning and zoning matter:  Conditional Use Permit for On-site Aggregate Crushing at an Existing Non-metallic Mineral Extraction Site located at 1977 State Highway 69, Verona 53593.  Information on the CUP can be found in the Town Board Meeting packet linked below.

The Town Board will be meeting June 7th at 6:30.  The agenda can be found here.

There are a few road closures around the Epic Campus to be aware of this weekend. 

• Starting at 6:00 am Saturday the EB on Ramp at West Verona Ave and USH 18/151 will be closed. The detour will be posted and traffic will be directed west on 18/151 to the CTH G Ramp at which point they will then be directed to get back on to 18/151 on the EB on Ramp. This ramp will be re-opened at 6:00 am on Monday June 6.
• Starting 6:00 am Saturday Hubble Road will be closed from Northern Lights to the west. All access to the Epic campus will be made at the main entrance of cross Country Road. Please see the attached map for limits of the closure. This closure is anticipated to be on both Saturday and Sunday.
• Northern Lights from Breckenridge to Epic Lane will have work being performed in the SB lanes and traffic in both directions in that area will be flagged during work and reopened in the evening. This work is expected to be performed on both Saturday and Sunday.
