Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WISDOT) has scheduled the reconstruction of WIS 69 between Belleville and US 18/151 to begin April 4.  WIS 69 will be closed to through traffic between Paoli and Verona. The signed detour route will follow WIS 92, WIS 78 and US 18/151. Access will be maintained to local residences and businesses. Motorists should plan ahead, use alternate routes, and slow down in work zones. The project calls for the realignment of several curve sections of the road and complete reconstruction in the Town of Verona.  More information and contact persons are available at the WISDOT project Web Site here:  https://projects.511wi.gov/wis69/

Badger Books are coming to the Town of Verona!

What is a Badger Book?  It is an electronic poll book that will be used to check in voters, print tally slips, enter registrations, and record absentee voters. Please view this video for more information https://vimeo.com/675553234. The Badger Books will be used at Town of Verona beginning with the April 5, 2022 Spring Election.  If you have any questions regarding Badger Book electronic poll books, please contact Teresa Withee at 608-807-4466.

Please do not place your absentee ballot in the drop box at Town Hall.

Voters that wish to cast a ballot before Election Day may do so at Town Hall during the 2-week period before Election Day.
