Town of Verona Weekly Update May 29 2026

Due to the Memorial Day Holiday, trash and recycling services will occur on Saturday, May 30th.

The Town Board will be meeting on Tuesday June 2nd at 6:30pm.  The agenda can be found here.  Agendas will no longer be published in the Verona Press but are available online as well as posted in the Town Hall vestibule.

The City of Verona has scheduled a road closure for Valley Road from May 11 until June 8 to complete the road construction along the new SSM Health building.  

Upcoming Epic Campus construction and related road impacts can be found here.  Due to construction, Dairy Ridge Road will be closed between Bobcat Lane and Seven Springs Road from June 12, 2026 through August 28th 2026.  Detour routes will be flagged and signed.  

The US 18/151 construction project located between CTH G and WIS 69 is ongoing.  The weekly construction update can be found here.  

Please be aware that individuals submitting applications to the Town for Land Use Applications have received scam emails requesting payment. Official correspondence from the Town will always come from an email ending in @town.verona.wi us and please note that the Town does not send invoices for payment. If you receive a suspicious message related to a Land Use Application, do not respond, open any attachments or make any payments. Please delete the email immediately and contact the Town Hall at  608-845-7187 with any questions.
