Town of Verona Weekly Update September 16 2022

The Octoberfest Ride for Arthritis will be held tomorrow September 17th and it utilizes a few town roads.  Details can be found here. 

The City of Madison will be hosting a Shady Wood Neighborhood Development Plan Public Meeting via zoom on Thursday September 22 at 6pm.  

They are inviting residents, stakeholders, and other interested parties to participate in the second public meeting for the Shady Wood Neighborhood Development Plan. The planning area covers approximately 425 acres south of Mid-Town Road and west of Woods Road. The draft Plan includes detailed recommendations regarding land use, transportation, and public utilities and services.

The public meeting for this project will be held virtually on Thursday, September 22 at 6:00pm on Zoom. The meeting will begin with a staff presentation, including an overview of the draft Plan. Meeting attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide input on the draft Plan.
