Sewer & Water

Sewer Service:

Portions of the Town of Verona are included in the Town of Verona Utility District #1 (Central Urban Service Area), and are served with public sewer by the Madison Metropolitan Sewerage District.  This Utility District includes properties in the following subdivisions:  Hillside Heights, Louis Hoffman Estates, Wendellwood, and Pleasant Acres #1 & 2.  Properties are billed in advance a sewer service charge on an annual basis.

The remainder of Town residential properties are served with on-site sewer treatment systems (private septic) and are regulated by Dane County Environmental Health.

Water Service:

Water service for all Town properties is furnished by privately owned wells.
